In 1984 Prince Charles called a proposed addition to the National Gallery, London, a "monstrous carbuncle on the face of a much-loved and elegant friend”. More than two decades on renowned London debating forum Intelligence2 and RIBA Trust invite you to cast your vote as the speakers dispute the state of modern architecture and question if Prince Charles’ claim still prevails.
